ELIXERS

I have been playing guitar for a few years.  I am notorious for breaking strings, until recently.  I have been playing a little less agressively and have noticed I spend less money on string replacements.

I tried the strings, ELIXER with no luck.  They sound great.  Really clean and fresh.  The only down fall is the 4th string, the B string had a tendancy to break very early in their life.  This is not just my problem, but it seems to be a defect in the product.  Everybody breaks their G string of ELIXERs.  

I gave up on them for that reason, until recently.  I'm giving them another chance.  We'll see how it goes.  If that G string breaks again though, I'm done forever with them.
